Hey Everyone , Wow good to see ZGTeam back on the web! Hopefully some here still remember me from the old days. Well I haven't been sitting still since then. Goku Z2 is actually very far completed, he is in the final private testers' testing, checking for nitpicks and bugs, but so far there are almost none. Goku Z2 started as a project of a Dragonball Z character with some true Street Fighter gameplay. His gameplay is a mixture of various systems; Running, Superjump, Launcher, simple chaining, Special and Super cancelling, and even an "Emotion System", in Goku's case it activates his Genki Dama. The sprites are being done my yours truly, with programming by Cybaster, solid idea engineering by me and Iced, and JWeezy has taken on the duties of his sound patches, just now he has made a wonderful English patch and also Burst Limit common sounds. There are no video's of these things just yet, but we'll get there. Also a ton op ppl have contributed palettes, I think he has about 90 in total (although ofcourse in Winmugen, you'd only have 12 ingame at the most, but you can easily adjust the DEF file to have the palettes to your liking ) Progress has started on Mugen Fighters Guild, and I'm there daily. He is released more then 2 months ago, and has actually won 3 awards (that I know of, maybe more); 2 Char of the Month and 1 Char of the Week. He's been updated GREATLY since his initial release, and a update shouldn't be THAT far away actually! For those interested, here are Goku's forum threads: Project Tread: mugenguild.com/forumx/index.php?topic=115023.0Release Thread: mugenguild.com/forumx/index.php?topic=128310.0Compatibility Thread: mugenguild.com/forumx/index.php?topic=130642.0Here are some more video's from other users, showing the released version (my video's have many updates in them already). But I bet you might have seen some of these already Hope this peaks some interest, I'll try to come back here regulary to see what's up! Cya!

Very cool stuff, I talked Ryon about this project a bit last night and the extendy beam struggle Cybaster coded. Sounds interesting, I heard he was using the stretch method for it too which is great, curious to see how it turn out. As always your animation is fluid and amazing to look at!

Thanks, yeah the beam struggle is done by scaling the characters and effects down, so it appears they're farther apart from eachother. Mugen 1.1 with it's zooming could provide nice possibilities too.
